Terms & Conditions

DEEP CLEANING, SPRING CLEANING END OF TENANCY CLEANING.


1.1 In order for an end-of-tenancy cleaning, spring cleaning, or any other deep cleaning to be secured: The client needs to pay a 50% deposit in order to secure the booking.


1.2 The final payment has to be done on the same day once the cleaning has been completed. If the payment is not made on the same day PleaseClean Ltd reserves the right to charge interest.


1.3 PleaseClean Ltd will provide an estimate before the schedule of the cleaning, PleaseClean Ltd reserves the right to amend the initial quotation if they see the clients’ requirements have changed and are not the same as discussed via phone or email and if the cleaning the property will take extra time of effort for the cleaning to be completed. Any change to the price must be accepted by the Client before the cleaning is carried out.


1.4 PleaseClean Ltd will provide full cleaning equipment, vacuum, cleaning products, clothes, etc…


1.5 PleaseClean Ltd can use the client’s products and other equipment if this is requested by the client. The client should advise on how to use the products accordingly. In case of any damage caused by the use of the client’s products or the end result is not the greatest, PleaseClean will not take responsibility.


1.6 The key collection and drop are not free of charge service. The fee will be included in the quote or estimate provided to the client.


1.7 PleaseClean Ltd cleans only from inside the property; our teams will do their best to make sure the client’s appliances are cleaned to a high standard. However, if they have not been cleaned since they were purchased, regrettably, we will not be liable for ingrained dirt that cannot be removed using chemicals.


1.8 Freezers must be defrosted in advance, due to the time involved in defrosting. Cupboards and wardrobes must be empty in order to be cleaned. Please note that our End of Tenancy cleaning service does not include cleaning of walls. We do not move heavy furniture like beds, sofas, wardrobes, or washing dishes, this will need to be done before our arrival…


1.9 Rubbish or waste removal is not part of the end of the tenancy cleaning service and will incur an additional charge.


1.10 In a process of After Building Cleaning, the removal of the paint is the painter and decorator’s responsibility. PleaseClean will try to remove any paint left behind but we do not take full responsibility if some paint marks can not be cleaned, as we do not use any cleaning products as the painting and decoration industry does (we only use products that are safe and do not damage the floors).


1.11 Very important all fragile and highly breakable items must be secured or removed. Items excluded from liability are cash, items of sentimental value, art, and antiques.


1.12 Our staff can clean up to the height they can reach, we do not use ladders (cleaners are not trained for “working at height”)


1.13 During the cleaning process if there is missed area, the client has to notify PleaseClean Ltd within 48 working hours, if the company is not notified within 48 working hours we reserve the right not to return back on the site and charge the full
cost of the cleaning. Once the clients have notified the Cleaning Company PleaseClean Ltd has to schedule a person as soon as possible to rectify what was missed.


1.14 The client has to allow the cleaning team access to electrical power and hot water in order for the cleaning to be completed.


1.15 The cleaning service can be canceled 48h before the cleaning date, if the cancellation is less than 48 working hours cancellation fee will be applied 20% of the total cost.


1.16 PleaseClean Ltd will deep clean the carpets only if this is discussed and booked by the client. Certain stains like coffee, permanent markers, and wine especially if the stains have been on the carpet for a long time they can not be cleaned with deep carpet cleaning.


1.17 If the client is not happy with the deep /spring cleaning, the client needs to contact PleaseClean Ltd straight away on the same day of the cleaning. PleaseClean Ltd needs to arrange a return on-site to clean the missed areas on the same day if
possible or at the latest on the next day. It is PleaseClean obligation to return a lady or a team to finish the job properly. The company reserves the right not to return any deposits and the client has obligation to pay the final balance once the company has returned on-site to finish the job (unless otherwise agreed). Both the initial booking fee and any deposit will be strictly non-refundable under any circumstance.


1.18 The cleaning company employs the services of and acts as an agent for the Cleaning Company, the Company also reserves the right to use any other contracted cleaners and/or subcontractors for any of its cleaning services without providing any prior notification. The Cleaning Company allocated to carry out the cleaning by the Company, will be responsible for all loss or damage which may occur during any cleaning.


1.19 The Cleaning Company will make every reasonable effort not to damage any property and PleaseClean Ltd will be liable for any replacement and/or loss or damage subject to any terms that the Customer has with PleaseClean Ltd. In case of any damage, which is to be caused by the Cleaning Company, PleaseClean Ltd must be given the first opportunity to make good any damage. For the avoidance of doubt, the Company will under no circumstances be liable for any damage and/or loss howsoever caused during the cleaning or after an initial booking has been made by the Customer.


1.20 If the condition of the property appears to be hazardous to either the health and/or well-being of its operatives PleaseClean Ltd has the right to refuse any cleaning job. PleaseClean Ltd may cancel or reschedule a service, where any accident or any unexpected or unforeseeable circumstances arise during the cleaning. PleaseClean Ltd will not be liable to the Customer in any way in the event that any cleaning is canceled further to this clause.
